Tip Details:
Do something original and adventurous this Spring Break and join UREC Outdoors as we backpack the first 40 miles of the Appalachian Trail! At 2,190 miles, the longest continuous trail in the U.S. runs from Georgia to Maine through some of the most scenic natural landscape the Eastern United States has to offer. This trip will begin with an afternoon of caving in Mammoth Cave of Kentucky (The largest mapped cave system in the world) and end with a day of whitewater rafting on the Middle Ocoee River of Tennessee. Come navigate the hills, valleys, gaps, caves and rivers of Appalachia and the Eastern U.S. for a Spring Break to really brag about!
